Richard Troell has over 30 years of litigation experience in a wide variety of practice areas including Family Law, Domestic Relations, Child Support, Criminal Defense, Domestic Violence Injunctions, Driver’s License Administrative Hearings, Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Small Business, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Richard is admitted to practice in the state courts of both Florida and Oklahoma, and from 2006 until 2012 served as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and County Civil Mediator.
Mr. Troell is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, Texas, and earned his Law Degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. During his third year of law school, Mr. Troell became a Licensed Legal Intern with a limited license to practice law in Oklahoma under the supervision of O.A. "Buck" Cargill, Jr., a nationally recognized trial lawyer in Oklahoma City, and remained with the Cargill law firm after graduation.
