Lisa Mollitor is the Real Estate Closing Agent in Chesser & Barr, P. A.’s real estate department, and is also a Florida Registered Paralegal working under attorney Mike Chesser. Ms. Mollitor is a licensed title agent, and with extensive experience in real estate transactions, she facilitates smooth, efficient closings for buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals involving both residential and commercial real estate transactions. With a passion for real estate law and a commitment to excellence, Ms. Mollitor is a trusted professional ensuring that every real estate closing transaction is handled thoroughly and with care.

Ms. Mollitor earned her undergraduate degree from Huntingdon College and her diplomas in Civil Litigation and Paralegal Honors from the Professional Career Development Institute. Ms. Mollitor also earned a certificate in Biblical Studies from Liberty University. After becoming a paralegal in Alabama in 1989, Ms. Mollitor moved to Florida in 2002 and became a Florida Registered Paralegal in 2008. She continued her education by becoming a licensed title insurance agent in 2013 as well as obtaining her real estate sales agent license in 2014. She is also a Notary Public. Ms. Mollitor joined Chesser & Barr, P. A. in 2024.
