Daniel C. O’Rourke is a Senior Attorney with Chesser & Barr, P.A. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of West Florida and his Juris Doctorate degree from the St. Louis University School of Law. While in law school he was on the Public Law Review Staff, the Moot Court Board and received the Academic Achievement Award.
Mr. O’Rourke has substantial civil and commercial complex litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels in several practice areas including real property, probate, construction, condominium, contracts, land use and administrative law. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil and Family Law Mediator and a Qualified Arbitrator.
