Alexander D. McSwain joined Chesser & Barr, P.A., as an associate attorney in February 2023. He earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his Juris Doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, graduating in 2015. In addition to Florida, Mr. McSwain is admitted to practice in the state courts of Alabama and Texas, and the federal courts for the Middle District of Alabama and the Western District of Texas.
After graduating law school, Mr. McSwain was an associate attorney with private law firms in Alabama and Texas until opening his own private practice in 2021 in Opelika, AL. He has practiced in the areas of civil litigation including personal injury and liability, and real estate litigation. His current practice focuses on real estate and general civil litigation.
